I designed this track to be played out loud from my phone. I wanted something to focus on in physical, acoustic, and tactile space, even in the midst of the traffic and construction around my Toronto apartment. This track does very different things on my tablet than on my phone, and probably on whatever device you use as well.
Download this track to your device, play it from the device's built-in speakers, then turn off the screen. Start from zero volume and bring it up until you can just barely hear it. If you live with machines, tinnitus, animals, or street noise, the track should be no louder than those sounds. Hold your device by its most broad, flat surface, and try to avoid changing the volume or position of the device after about the first minute.
The track is thirteen and a half minutes long.
